The job: Every night (~8:30 PM CT) checks each ask, decision and promise from the day against proof: X timeline, live curls, open GitHub PRs, shop products.json, desk files. Lists what was missed or is waiting on the owner.

Review needed: Owner reads the ‘missed or waiting’ list and decides each item. The bot does not merge, post or reply.
Actual results: Caught a comic that missed its 3:24 PM slot and flagged an unknown Grok Imagine renewal date (Oct 14 ledger).
What broke: The seat chat transcript was not readable from the box, so the ledger had to be rebuilt from shared memory, the board and check-in files. A receipt search in Gmail came back empty.
