Actual results: Found 3 sites serving X player cards, 17 hosts returning 200 on /play (only 4 real play pages), and one host out of 83 sending index,follow instead of noindex. Produced a ranked 9-site first wave.
What broke: Many /play 200s were SPA fallbacks or soft 404s, so status codes alone were misleading. The brief said 82 hosts; the probe list had 83.
