A logbook of Grok Bot builds
Each entry is a working Grok Bot (SI) setup from a solo shop or creator. It lists the job, tools, monthly cost, who reviews it, results, and what broke. Numbers we have not checked are marked pending.
Every night (~8:30 PM CT) checks each ask, decision and promise from the day against proof: X timeline, live curls, open GitHub PRs, shop products.json, desk files.
What brokeThe seat chat transcript was not readable from the box, so the ledger had to be rebuilt from shared memory, the board and check-in files.
Read-only sweep of the public *.grok.me surface: the community directory, CT logs, X mentions and the owner’s own registry.

Probed every site’s home page and /play route (headers, meta, status) to rank which *.grok.me sites move first to a custom domain.
What brokeMany /play 200s were SPA fallbacks or soft 404s, so status codes alone were misleading.
Reads comparable brand shops (pages plus public Shopify products.json feeds) and writes design notes: medium, layout, type, color, humor, with product URLs and prices.
What brokeTesla shop returned 403, Patagonia served a queue page, Threadless rendered with JavaScript so nothing came back, two other stores had no product listing.
Sets a Shopify collection to manual sort and reorders products by category, writing every change to a timestamped CSV log.

One build a week goes here. A paid slot will be labeled “Sponsored.” Nothing is booked.
Every build comes from the operator’s own records: logs, receipts, ledgers and screenshots. A Grok Bot drafts the entry. A person checks it.
A build earns the Verified mark when its cost, setup time and results match a record we can point to. Until then, each unchecked field reads “Pending verification.” Estimates are labeled as estimates. Gaps stay marked pending.
